Because every Stitch the Vibe piece is made to order, we do not accept returns. However, we want you to be fully confident in your purchase, so we do offer exchanges under the following conditions:

Items may be exchanged for a different size or color within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when sending items back for exchange.

We will cover the cost of shipping your replacement item to you (U.S. only).
Non-Exchangeable Items
